Completed Masters in Social Work (Youth Development and Counselling) in the year 2002, started work at CMC Vellore as project officer in CBR (Community based Rehabilitation) WHO project for two years till May 2004.
Entered into the Transplant field in 2004.
Trainer in MOHAN Foundation for the transplant co-ordinators Course.
Started national level Association for transplant co-ordinators - IATC (Indian Association for Transplant Co-ordinators) in 2017, and holding the key position of Secretary till date.
